
If you want to learn how to freedive, you can take a freediving course. You can choose from a variety of courses, so whether you are an expert or amateur, a freediving class could be right for you. There are many different freedive courses to choose from: PADI Advanced Freediver, NAUI Basic, SSI basics, and Molchanovs.
PADI Advanced freediver course
The PADI Advanced Freediver course is a great way to further refine your skills and knowledge of freediving. This course will teach you how to perform under apnea as well as the correct breathing techniques for longer dives. In this course, you will also learn how to freefall and rescue a freediver when it is necessary.
After you have completed the PADI Advanced Freediver Course, you are eligible to take the Instructor Course. This is the next stage in your freediving career. This course will test your ability to hold a static hold for three minutes 30 seconds and dynamic hold for 70 metres. You will also learn no-fins dive, managing a buoy, rope and mouth fill. You will also have the opportunity to assist an instructor during the course.

NAUI Basic Course in Freediver
The NAUI Basic Freediver course teaches freedivers how to freedive and improve their freediving skills. It is a four-hour course that combines classroom discussion and pool time. It will teach you the fundamentals of freediving, including the physics and physiology of freediving. It also covers proper breathing techniques and equalization for deep diving. You must have swimming skills and be at least 12 years.
Before you enroll in a more advanced course, it is important that you have at minimum a bit of experience freediving. This course will provide you with the fundamentals you need and prepare you to take on more advanced training. After completing the course, you will be able to become a PADI freediver. You will be able freedive with a buddy at the pool or ocean.
SSI Basic freediver course
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you all you need to be able to dive in the ocean. This course offers both classroom training and practice sessions in the water. The program involves two pool and one open water session. The course will end with the SSI Basic Freediver certification.
The SSI Basic Freediver Course will teach you how to swim 400m, dive 50m in CWT, freedive 20m, do simulated blackouts, and swim to surface. This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to dive to depths of 40 meters or more. SSI's certification programs are internationally recognized. This means that you can dive in any ocean. The SSI Basic Freediver Courses are a great way to get wet and find out if you like freediving.

Freediving Course by Molchanovs
The Molchanovs freediving course will take you from beginner to competitive freediver. There are four levels to choose from, including a Lap Course that will prepare you for freediving in a swimming pool. After you have completed the Lap course, you will be able move on to the Wave class, which will teach open water freediving.

After completing your course, you may continue your training online.
