How to Become a Master Diver with the United States Navy

A master diver with the United States Navy can be the highest level possible in the diving world. This enlisted person typically has the greatest knowledge, experience and training in all aspects of diving and underwater salvage. At least 15 years' experience is required to become a master diver. You also need to have taken a specialization class. You can become a master diver in the United States Navy by completing a specialization course.

PADI Master Scuba Diver

PADI Master Scuba Diver is an international certification that recognizes your scuba diving skills. It is offered by several North American divers training agencies, such as the National Association of Underwater Instructors. The Professional Association of Diving Instructors. Scuba Schools International. and the Professional Scuba Diver Association. It is considered to be the most advanced level possible of diver certification. You must dive at least thirty feet below the surface to complete the course.

NAUI Master Scuba Diver

The NAUI Master Scuba Diver Course might be for you if your goal is to improve your scuba diving skills. This course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to organize dives with other divers. You will learn how to use a compass, perform underwater communications, and recognize pre-panic signs. Additionally, you will learn how to take a dive in unfamiliar locations. This course consists of both two open water and a classroom session.


NAUI Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver

Taking the NAUI Enriched Air (NITX) Master Diver course is a great way to expand your diving experience. The course covers many aspects of enriched air diving, including how to mix Nitrox and oxygen. The course teaches students how to analyze the breath mixture and how the physiology of nitrogen and oxygen affects the safety of handling the gases. In addition, they'll learn the concept of Equivalent Air Depth and common gas mixing techniques. As the prerequisite to using the enriched water mix, an open water diver may take the enriched Air course.

NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver

This certification is a prerequisite to the NAUI FIT course. It prepares you for becoming a professional NAUI Instructor Leader. Start by taking the Try Scuba course. NAUI First Aid course

NAUI First Aid training for master divers will equip you with the skills to deal with a range of emergencies that can occur in water. The course includes refresher sessions as well as valuable information about new First Aid standards, training best practices, and other useful information. NAUI First Aid will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to rapidly respond to an immediate emergency. You can also practice the skills you have learned in class by taking the course hands-on.
