Bob Hollis
Bob Hollis is a pioneer of scuba diving, a legend in the area and a member of International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame. In the late 1950s, Hollis started scuba diving and began to take up underwater photography. This new hobby required specialized equipment, and Hollis' engineering degree led him to develop his own housings for underwater cameras. Hollis founded Anchor Shack, an underwater camera shop in Hayward, California, in 1965. Soon, he began receiving mail orders about his housings.

Oceanic
The Hollis Scuba Oceanic name is one of the most well-known in scuba dive. The company was founded by Bob Hollis back in 1972 and has been synonymous with high-quality scuba equipment. The company's products include rebreathers, dive computers and novel diving masks with heads-up displays. They have also been involved in the development of military diving equipment, including the MK-25, which is used by US Navy frogmen and other naval work divers.
Hollis offers scuba diving equipment
Hollis makes diving equipment that's both technologically advanced but also ergonomically designed. The company's engineering knowledge allows it to create equipment that will meet the needs both of beginning and advanced sport divers. Hollis scuba equipment is made using the most up-to-date materials and the most reliable technologies.
Recalled dive computers
Divers could drown from the Hollis Scuba recalled dive computers. A faulty air flow control system in the recalled dive computers could lead to a diver losing control of their underwater breathing. These dive computers were purchased between November 2010 to July 2012 for around $1200. The factory can repair or replace the damaged units by returning them to the dealer.
