Open water diving for advanced divers
Open water divers can be advanced if they have successfully completed an Open Water Diver Course. AOW divers can dive deeper than the recommended 60 feet. They can also improve their buoyancy and air consumption. Advanced open water divers are also able to do specialty diving such as wreck diving. There are many levels to an AOW certificate. Below are the differences among these levels. To learn more about these different levels, read on!
Rescue diver
There are three levels of Rescue Diver certification: technical, recreational and leader. International Standards Organisation, (ISO), establishes the standards. These training levels are based upon BS EN 14413-2 and ISO 24801-1, 2004. Instructors at level one are qualified to teach recreational divers, assess their knowledge and plan and lead dives. They can also lead divers in open waters and assist with rescue operations.
Cave-1 class
The minimum amount of experience required to become a cave diver certified instructor is 40 hours. Cave diving skills and standard procedures are covered. Emergency procedures and hazards are also discussed. Students are tested during the cave course. It has two parts: academics, and water-based exercises. They must also demonstrate their proficiency and skills by passing an exam. Students must complete the cave diving course manual.

Master Scuba Diver
Master Scuba Diver certification can be obtained in five levels. Open Water is the first level. It is where you learn to dive, manage your gear, and teach others. You have the option to choose electives for the second and third levels. Master Scuba Divers can join other certified divers as long they are certified. This level also comes with a 10% discount on the five courses.
