IDA71, AP, and Closed-Circuit Rebreathers

There are several options if you want a rebreather to keep you smelling the water and breathing oxygen. There are the IDA71 and AP rebreathers. These devices have many features. These devices are designed to help you breathe and maintain a healthy EANx mix.

Closed-circuit Rebreathers

Closed circuit rebreathers can be used by divers and anyone with limited air supply. These devices include the following four components: the head assembly (OPV), Bail Out Valves (BOV), and counterlung assembly. The drain and water trap are found in the bottom.

The closed-circuit regulator keeps the exhaled gases in a closed loop. It filters the gas and then recycles it back to the diver. The diver can inhale without fear of the system contaminating with toxic gases. The diver can also see the partial oxygen pressure in the air thanks to the closed-circuit system. The diver can also see the depth, air pressure, and maximum dive time on his dive computer.

The closed-circuit oxygen rebreather is equipped with an oxygen control valve and is connected via a diluent tanks. A 42-gram gas block is kept in the diluent tanks. A gas block 42 has an inlet pipe 44 and a feed pipe 46. The manual add hose passes 50 times from the gas block to rebreather. A second hose (called the secondary) connects the oxygen control cylinder 28 to the rebreather heads 36.

IDA71 rebreather

Marine and military divers use the IDA71 rebreathing device. Rysk in Russia developed the IDA71. There are currently 71 models in this industry. The Russian terminology used for insulating breathing apparatus gave the names their origins. The simmotstand of the models is minimized. They also come with an oxygen diluent.

The IDA-71 system is similar to the IDA-59 system but is more compact and can be worn on the back. It can be used with a heavy duty work helmet or a dry suit to protect against hazardous environments. The IDA-71 has been extensively used for heat exchanger surveys in nuclear power stations and covert military functions.

Its design, which is among the most innovative in the world, is unique. It can provide divers with a more extended dive time. It has a small oxygen cartridge that allows the circuit to fill the rebreather before the diver begins the diving process.

AP rebreather

The AP rebreather line offers a variety of options to fit any diving style and budget. Each model is customizable with the possibility to choose between 3 different chassis sizes and 5 different harness sizes. There are also two different scrubber lengths. The AP line was also created with comfort and versatility as a priority. You can choose from multiple upgrade options to make your rebreather even more convenient and comfortable.

AP Diving has been in business for more than 45 years. Their goal is excellence in all that they do. AP Diving is committed to education and support of technical and recreational divers. They use a unique design process to make their rebreathers, which ensures quality and consistency. The company also makes a complete diving system, including tanks and tempstiks.

The AP rebreather features adjustable flow orifices, which enable divers to regulate the flow of air while diving. This means that it will automatically adjust to any fluctuations in oxygen partial pressure in the diving loop. These rebreathers also weigh less so divers can easily transport them around.
