St Lucia is home to many good scuba diving locations. Trou Diable and Anse Chastanet are three of the best scuba diving sites in St Lucia. Because of its strong currents, this plateau is great for drift diving. You will find large shoals of fish as well as sting rays, nurse sharks, and turtles in this area.
Anse Chastanet
You'll find a profusion of unusual tropical marine life at Anse Chastanet, a popular scuba diving destination in St Lucia. Over 150 species of fish can be found in the reef, which is 20-140 feet deep. It is also popular for underwater photographers.
The Anse Chastanet resort lies in an idyllic location near the Pitons. Since opening in 1968, the resort has expanded to include 48 rooms and beautiful views over the surrounding area. It's located between two ridges, and a steep hillside, which gives it a stunning location.

Ansechastanet offers the perfect location to enjoy scuba-diving in St Lucia and many other activities. You can also take advantage of custom-built resort trails and take yoga classes. Or, you can sail the resort's sailing boat at sunset. They can also enjoy a treatment at the Kai Belte Spa, relax on one of the many beach hammocks, and enjoy complimentary guided hikes and walks through the six-acre estate.
Trou diable

Whether you're an experienced diver or looking for a new challenge, there are many options for diving in Saint Lucia. You will find excellent coral reefs along the east coast. Also, the shelter from easterly trading winds and possible dangerous wave conditions at the north or south ends makes it ideal for diving. A number of skilled divers are also found in Saint Lucia. Many of these operators are easily accessible from the island's main resorts. This makes it the ideal place for beginners or certified courses.
Scuba diving Saint Lucia is an amazing experience. You will love the warm water, rich marine wildlife, and amazing wrecks that make Saint Lucia a top choice for scuba diving. This paradise boasts 22 world-class dive spots that are ideal for novices as well as experienced divers.

Anse Cochon North & South
Anse Cochon North & South Reef are two dive sites that can be explored by scuba divers. Both can be reached by the beach from a depth of about 10 to 40 feet. These are excellent dive spots for both beginners and advanced divers. Although the coral is more abundant on the northern side, there are many reef fish at the other end. As well as the octopus you can see sea whips, trumpetfishes and sea whips.
The Lesleen M, an old cargo ship that was built in Anse Cochon's south end, is now an artificial reef. It was sunk by the Fisheries Department of Saint Lucia in 1986. The seagrass beds surrounding the sink vessel attract many fish species. The wreck was intentionally sunk in order to create a diving site. You might also see stingrays or barracudas.
