NAUI eLearning is much cheaper than a full course in a dive shop. After completing your eLearning course, an instructor will take you to your first classroom lesson. You will learn about the science and use of SCUBA diving equipment. Also, the importance of responsible diving practices. SCUBA diving equipment will also be fitted. While you are learning and practicing safety skills, you will be spending a lot of time in water. You'll be able to complete six open water dives during this time.

An advanced scuba training course is available for NAUI members. This course comprises eight open water divers. This course also covers advanced techniques, underwater navigation, emergency response, and other topics. A NAUI registration and certification card will be awarded to the student upon successful completion of this course. The course also includes a variety of online resources that will help students prepare for advanced certification diving.
Randy's Dive Shop offers courses
The RANDY’S DIVER SHOP is a great place for learning scuba diving. You can choose from a variety of classes that cover both the basics as well as advanced scuba diving techniques. Each class has its own unique requirements and registration is required. The instructor teaches from theory to pool sessions. Classes are held on consecutive weekends from 8am to 5:30pm with some exceptions. All students must attend class and bring their lunch.
Randy's Dive Shop can be found in Westmoreland County. It has been open for 40 years. The McGhees began the business when they decided to relocate to the area, and have been operating the shop from their home for 40 years. After the retirement of Van and Barb McGhee, Randy's Dive Shop was sold to Aaron and Chaia Schilke of North Huntingdon.
